Delete an entire company account.

Only an authorized company representative can request deletion of an entire customer organization. Email office@edigitalbinder.com from an address associated with the account and include the company name. We will verify the requester’s authority before processing the request.

What happens to locally stored documents.

Logging out clears the user’s session metadata, offline document cache, and cached images from the eDigitalBinder app. If an administrator deactivates an account, this cleanup occurs after the app reconnects and receives the deactivation response. A phone that remains offline cannot learn of the deactivation immediately, so cached copies may remain until the next connection and forced logout.

When a document is removed from the server, it disappears from the app after refresh and can no longer be opened through the app. A cached physical copy may remain in private app storage until logout or cache eviction.

Information we may retain.

Some information may remain for a limited period in backups or may be retained when required by law, needed for fraud prevention or security, necessary to resolve a dispute, or maintained under the customer organization’s instructions. We do not retain deleted information longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes.
