Anti-Spam Policy
Effective and last updated: September 15, 2026
AMD Atlantic Inc., doing business as eDigitalBinder (“eDigitalBinder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), does not tolerate spam or deceptive electronic communications. This Policy explains how we use commercial email and text messages and how recipients can stop future messages.
01
Messages covered by this Policy
This Policy applies to commercial or promotional email and text messages sent by eDigitalBinder or by a service provider acting on our behalf. It does not prohibit account, security, billing, support, or other transactional messages that are necessary to provide the Services or respond to a request.
02
Domains covered by this Policy
This Policy applies to every domain we own and operate, including edigitalbinder.com, getedigitalbinder.com and joinedigitalbinder.com, and to any sending domain we may add in the future.
We prohibit the advertising of our web sites, products, services or domains through unsolicited bulk or commercial email or text messages, whether sent by us, by a service provider acting on our behalf, or by any third party. No third party is authorised to advertise our domains, products or web sites by email.
03
How we contact people
We may contact a person who requests information, starts a free trial, submits a form, asks for support, becomes a customer, or otherwise has a business relationship with us. Commercial email is sent only where permitted by applicable law. We do not purchase, rent, harvest, scrape or acquire commercial email address lists from data brokers or list vendors.
Business to business outreach
We also send commercial email to United States motor carriers registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, using the business contact information those carriers filed in the public federal Company Census File as part of their regulatory registration. We send only to business addresses at registered commercial entities. We do not send commercial email to consumer addresses.
Before any outreach campaign, every address is validated by a third-party email verification service, and records are excluded where the carrier's registration has not been updated within the last 24 months. We monitor bounce rates and complaint rates on every campaign and stop a campaign if the bounce rate exceeds three percent or if any complaint is received.
eDigitalBinder does not currently send automated SMS messages from the application and does not use Twilio or another SMS API. Our call-center or support staff may manually send an individual text, such as an app-download link or a response concerning a requested demo or support conversation. Consent to receive a personal text is optional and is not required to use the demo or purchase the Services. Message and data rates may apply.
04
Our messaging standards
Messages sent by or for eDigitalBinder must:
- Identify eDigitalBinder or AMD Atlantic Inc. as the sender.
- Use accurate sender information and non-deceptive subjects.
- Describe the message and any offer truthfully.
- Include an appropriate way to opt out of future promotional messages.
- Include our valid business address when required for commercial email.
05
How to opt out
Use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email, reply with “unsubscribe,” or send a request through our contact form. We process email opt-out requests immediately upon receipt, and in no case later than 10 business days. A suppressed address is removed across every sending domain we operate, not only the domain that sent the message. Our opt-out method is free and does not require information beyond what is reasonably necessary to identify the address to be removed.
Text messages
Reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT OUT, or tell the representative who contacted you. We will treat a reasonable request to stop as a withdrawal of consent for future promotional texts from us. We may send one final confirmation that the opt-out was received where permitted.
06
After an opt-out
We maintain suppression records so that an opted-out email address or telephone number is not added back to the same promotional channel. An opt-out from promotional communications does not prevent essential transactional or relationship messages, such as security notices, requested support responses, billing notices, or messages needed to provide an active service, where permitted by law.
07
Service providers and responsibility
A provider that sends messages for us must follow this Policy and applicable law. We remain responsible for monitoring messaging performed on our behalf. We do not sell an opted-out address or telephone number or transfer it for another company's marketing.
We do not operate an affiliate, referral or reseller program that involves email, and we do not permit any third party to promote our domains, products or web sites by email. Any service provider that sends on our behalf is contractually bound by this Policy, and we review the sending records of those providers.
08
Enforcement
Any employee, contractor or service provider who violates this Policy will have their access to our sending systems revoked. Any third party found advertising our domains, products or web sites by unsolicited email will be reported to their hosting and email providers and, where appropriate, to the relevant authorities. We retain sending logs and suppression records and will make them available to a blocklist operator or mailbox provider on request.
We also stop sending from any domain of ours that appears on a reputable blocklist, and we do not resume sending from that domain until the underlying cause has been identified and corrected.
09
Reporting unwanted messages
If you receive a message that appears to violate this Policy, please use our contact form. Include the email address or telephone number that received the message, the date, and a copy or screenshot if available. Do not send us passwords or sensitive documents.
You can also write directly to abuse@edigitalbinder.com. We monitor that address, we investigate every report we receive, and we confirm the outcome to the person who reported it.
10

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Use of the Services is also subject to our Terms of Service.
