By accessing or using eDigitalBinder (“Services”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

eDigitalBinder provides compliance management tools for businesses, including document storage, tracking, alerts, and operational workflows.

Any alerts, reminders, or notifications provided by the Services are for convenience only and may not be accurate or timely.
You remain solely responsible for monitoring compliance deadlines.
We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

You agree that you will maintain independent backups of any important documents.
Subscription-based pricing applies to the Services.
Pricing may be based on usage (e.g., number of drivers) and may change over time. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with changes applying to future billing cycles.
Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge applicable fees on a recurring basis.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.
If payment is not successfully processed, we may suspend or restrict access to the Services until payment is received. We reserve the right to retry failed payments and charge outstanding balances.
Continued failure to pay may result in account termination and data deletion as described in Section 14.
All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
Changes to subscription plans (including upgrades or downgrades) may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle.
Trial access may be provided at our discretion.
Billing may begin automatically after the trial period ends unless canceled prior to the end of the trial.
You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the trial period ends.

We do not guarantee that data will be stored without loss, corruption, or deletion.
We may retain data for legal, backup, and operational purposes. We are not obligated to store data indefinitely.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that remain inactive for an extended period of time.
Trial or unpaid accounts that remain inactive for more than a defined period (e.g., 60 days) may be subject to deactivation and deletion, including all associated data and uploaded documents.
Prior to deletion, we may send one or more notifications to the account holder.
It is the user’s responsibility to maintain access to their account and respond to such notices.
Once an account is deleted, all associated data may be permanently removed and may not be recoverable.
eDigitalBinder shall not be liable for any loss of data resulting from account inactivity, suspension, or deletion.
Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of any important documents.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for:

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or failures of third-party providers.
